Twenty minutes, and no pitch.
Tell us roughly what's eating your time. A couple of sentences is plenty — you don't need to have it figured out before you write.

That form posts to our own server and the message goes straight to an inbox. There's no form service in the middle, nothing is stored on the way past, and you won't be added to anything.

- A person, not an autoresponder. If we can't help, we'll say so in the reply rather than book a call to say it.
Both routes end up in the same place. Use whichever is less friction — if you'd rather write from your own mail client so you have a copy in your sent folder, do that.
What happens
What happens when you reach out.
You write, and describe the task that’s taking the most time. Rough is fine — a couple of sentences, not a specification.
We talk for twenty minutes. We ask how the work actually gets done now: who touches it, what format it arrives in, what happens when it goes wrong. No slides, and we won’t ask about your budget.
We tell you whether this is worth doing. Sometimes the answer is that a change to your process fixes it and you don’t need us. You get that answer for free.
If it is worth doing, we write up what we’d build, where it would run, what it would be measured against, and what it costs. Then you decide, on your own timeline.
There's no sequence of follow-up emails after this. If you don't reply, we'll assume the timing isn't right and leave you alone.
Ready when you are.
Worst case, you lose twenty minutes and learn that this isn't for you.
